Termination Training

 

      Sometimes situations don’t work out the way we’d hoped. Your supervisors must sometimes ask an employee to leave if they feel that person no longer can meet the requirements of their position and / or follow the policies of your organization. But termination, when done correctly, can be a relatively smooth process without lasting negative effects. Most importantly, when done correctly, it will be a fair one.

 

The Termination Training Program guides all of your supervisors on the specific, correct actions to take from start to finish.
